Beaufort House is a five-star property ranging from a one bedroom London apartment with a patio, to a luxurious four bedroom flat. Have the independence of your own home as all of our apartments have kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Some even have balconies and patios. All of our apartments have a fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and other amenities, including: DVD and music equipment with iPod docks and flat screen satellite television. Every bedroom is air-conditioned.
We are located in Beaufort Gardens, a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, with Harrods and Harvey Nichols within a five minute walk. For culture and entertainment, the Victoria & Albert, Science and Natural History Museum are just five minutes away. Beauchamp Place is also just around the corner with its fabulous choice of restaurants and boutiques.
Our team will provide you with all the assistance, including daily maid service and 24 hours Concierge. We also offer free entrance to Aquilla Health Club, free internet access and use of our extensive DVD library.

Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
Deposit on Reservation:
Reservations of less than 1 week – the full rental amount is required. For reservations of 1 week or longer, 1 week’s rental is required. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid immediately upon arrival. All deposits are due within 4 – 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival – Full refund Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made unless the accommodation can be re-let.
Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card. All major credit cards accepted
Additional Terms:
Apartments are available for occupation from 3pm.
Apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Breakages and damages will be charged for.
On arrival a credit card or cash (sterling) will be taken as security for telephone charges. Telephone calls are charged on a per second billing basis equivalent to 25p per minute in respect of local calls.
Please add £15 + VAT per night for the use of a Sofa bed.
