Guests staying from 28 Nights to 88 Nights : 14 days required prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fee. 25% of total booking will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Guests staying from 89 Nights to 179 Nights : 21 days required prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fee. One Month rent will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival.
Guests staying from 180 or more : 28 days required prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fee. One Month rent will be charged if booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival.
Deposit of 25% is required for bookings of 30 nights minimum stay unless all costs are paid upfront.
Deposit of One Month Rent is only required for bookings of 89 nights minimum stay.
