Upon arrival, you’ll receive a warm and friendly welcome from our onsite 24-hour reception team who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay with us. In the apartments, there is a TV in the shared reception area and bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected. A light breakfast offering provides a convenient way to fuel up before your busy day. How Stüdyo works Each apartment comprises two secure bedrooms with a shared reception area and kitchen. The standard Stüdyo comes with a separate private bathroom. The Superior Stüdyo is larger and comes with an ensuite bathroom. So, whether you are sharing with someone you know or not, you can enjoy all the choice and benefits of apartment living, with a secure and private space to call your own. Stüdyo is also available as part of a managed programme for our corporate clients – from single apartments to customised multi-floor rentals.
The rates in the table below are guide prices and may differ from the actual prices quoted to you upon enquiry.
To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking, but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
For stays of less than 28 nights full prepayment will be taken at the rate you booked at. For stays of over 28 nights you will be asked for the first month’s accommodation charge in advance. Subsequent months will be charged at the start of each month.
Please note payment will be taken one working day before check-in.
Please note that a 3% service charge fee applies to all card charges.
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
End of Tenancy
An End of Tenancy charge of £40 + VAT per one-bedroom apartment, £50 + VAT per two-bedroom apartment and £60 + VAT per three-bedroom apartment will be raised on stays of 7 nights or more. This charge covers the administration fees, inventory and deep cleaning of the apartment.

Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am.
Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Stays of 1-6 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a fee of one night’s rent.
Stays of 7 – 27 nights: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of three nights’ stay will be raised.
Stays of 28 nights or over: Notification of cancellation has to be received in writing at least 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival date will be given a refund subject to the apartment being re-let. In the event that the apartment cannot be re-let, a cancellation charge of 7 nights’ stay will be raised.
