This property boasts four individual self contained studio apartments. This property is a few hundred yards from corporate hot spots, such as Monument, Cannon Street and London Bridge North. Fantastic if you are staying in London for business for a few nights, weeks or months.
Inside you will find three, double occupancy studio apartments. These are suitable for up to two adults. You will find one single occupancy studio apartment, which is more suited to one person staying alone although there is a double bed this apartment is much smaller than its larger double room siblings.
All of the apartments were refurbished in Feb 2017. Each apartment has a small fold our dining table with two dining chairs, a wall mounted TV with freeview and a comfortable arm chair. The main studio room of each apartment has an easy fold wall bed with a double, pocket sprung mattress which easily lifts back into the wall when not being used.
The galley kitchen contains a 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, along with all kitchen utensils and equipment.
The bathroom has a shower only, with no bath.
There is no lift in the building, and apartments are arranged from floors one to four, however, there will be someone to meet you and help you up with luggage when you arrive.
The first four images are representative of the Single Occupancy Studio, the rest are representative of the Double Studio. Please note images are to be used a guide only.
The rates in the table below are guide prices and may differ from the actual prices quoted to you upon enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
1. BOOKING PROCEDURE
Any booking made by you will be considered as an offer by you to lease the relevant Property subject to these conditions.
1.1. The booking procedure will be said to be complete only:
• For telephonic bookings – Once our Reservations Executive has confirmed the receipt of your payment; or
For online bookings (website/e-mail) – Once you receive a confirmation email (to the email address provided by you at the time of booking) of your booking with the relevant booking link and the complete itinerary. It is your responsibility to check your emails regularly and to advise us of any change to your email address.
1.2. By making the payment for your booking, you are agreeing to the conditions on behalf of self and all the Guests.
2.1. For bookings of 1-29 nights, 30% of the booking deposit and an extra, refundable damage deposit of GBP150 are due at the time of booking. Rental must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to arrival.
2.2. For bookings of 30- 179 nights, 30% of the booking deposit is required at the time of booking; and for each month an invoice will be raised 7 days prior to the start of each month.
2.3. For bookings of 180 nights and more, 4 week of the booking deposit is required at the time of booking; and for each month an invoice will be raised 7 days prior to the start of each month.
2.4. All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) (unless otherwise stated). You are required to pay VAT at the prevailing rate
(VAT is not applicable for bookings of 180 nights and more)
3.1. Please wait for 4 weeks after departure for the refund of the damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded after deduction for any lost or damaged articles or properties, bank charges or for any deficiency whatsoever after inspection of the property.
3.2. You are liable for excessive damage to the property that may exceed normal wear-and-tear or for any loss or damaged articles, bank charges or for any deficiency, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
4. CANCELLATIONS / ALTERATIONS
4.1.1 Cancellation will be accepted only in writing and will not be effective until actually received by the Company.
4.1.2 A full refund will be given where suitable written notice of the cancellation has been received by us.
The notice period required is:
• Booking for 1-6 nights, requires 5 days notice prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to actual arrival date will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
• Booking for 7-27 nights, requires 7 days notice prior to the arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to actual arrival date will be subject to minimum cancellation charge of 7 night’s accommodation.
• Booking for 28-179 nights require 21 days notice prior to the arrival. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to actual arrival date will be subject to minimum cancellation charge of 10 night’s accommodation.
• Booking for 180 nights and more require 28 days notice prior to the arrival. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to actual arrival date will be subject to minimum cancellation charge of 21 night’s accommodation.
4.2.1. Any extension of the departure date must be sent in writing and is subject to availability. An alternative Property may be offered (subject to availability), if the present Property has been booked for all or part of the required extension period.
4.2.2. We reserve the right to charge a different rate for the Property for any period of extension. Payment for the extension period has to be made immediately after the company confirms the availability of the Property or alternative Property(s) to the Guest or to you.
4.2.3. All the Conditions apply to any extension of the booking in the same way that they apply to the original booking.
4.3.1 For Booking of 1-6 nights, the full cost of the accommodation will apply irrespective of the guest’s early departure.
4.3.2. For booking of 7-27 nights, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 7 days prior to the guest’s new departure date to avoid the cancellation charges of 7 night’s accommodation.
4.3.3. For booking of 28-179, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 21 days prior to the guest’s new departure date to avoid the cancellation charges of 10 night’s accommodation.
4.3.4. For booking of 180 nights and more, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 28 days prior to the guest’s new departure date to avoid the cancellation charges of 21 nights accommodation.
Note: You may be subject to an increased rate band, should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.
5. ARRIVAL AND DEPATURE:
5.1.1. Due to time taken to service the Property prior to occupancy, earliest available Check-in is 2 PM on the date of arrival. Guests must vacate the Property to facilitate a full cleanout on the day of their checkout no later than 10 AM.
5.1.2. Check-in fees are not levied for all Check-ins or Check-Outs during regular office hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Sunday. On Public Holidays and out of office hours we levy a late Check in fee of GBP50.
5.1.3. An extra night’s rent will be charged if the accommodation is not vacated by the required time.
