Description
One bedroom apartment 223 in Nell Gwynn House is a truly lovely, bright and spacious flat on the 2nd floor of this famous building and local landmark. The flat has been recently refurbished and has really lovely views over Sloane Avenue.
The apartment contains everything that you need if you are here for work or pleasure including superfast 100mb wifi, a private bedroom with additional wall-mounted TV, a clean and bright bathroom with bath as well as overhead shower and a fully equipped kitchen so that you can enjoy leisurely breakfasts at the dining table, watching the world go by. A sofabed means that kids can be accommodated too – just remember to add the sofa bed option on when booking.
Free unlimited super fast 100mb WiFi is included in the rental price along with a complimentary welcome pack containing fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, sugar, coffee and single estate teas. A weekly 2 hour clean is also included along with a change of the Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. A daily maid service and additional towels can be arranged with us for a minimal surcharge at the time of booking as an “add on” or during your stay.

Please note that we have a 30 days cancellation policy on all bookings. Should a guest wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we would refund the entire amount minus a £50 admin fee.

Security deposit required – preauthorisation of £350 for studio apartments and £500 for one and two bedroom apartments for short stays. Deposit taken as a payment and refunded on departure for longer bookings

There is CCTV and a 24 hour porter service. Check-in is 15:00hrs and check-out 11:00hrs. The porters can store your luggage outside of these times
