We are delighted to present to you apartment 512 Nell Gwynn House – a wonderful 5th floor apartment on the quiet side of this iconic art deco building. Refurbished by the owner, this one bedroom apartment has a beautiful spacious modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and attractive slate tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect with a stove top hob, oven, microwave and washing machine dryer meaning that you can do your own laundry and travel light – more space in your luggage for purchases at nearby Harrods!
The apartment also has a separate bedroom with its own TV in addition to the SMART TV in the living room which allows you to login to Netflix or Amazon Prime so you don’t miss out on any viewing. Free unlimited superfast 150mb broadband means buffering is a thing of the past so if you are here to work – the flat also contains a desk, or here for leisure, multiple devices can connect to the internet seamlessly and quickly. A sofa bed in the living space allows children to stay in comfort whilst providing you with privacy (additional fee applies). A free weekly two hour clean is included in the rate along with a welcome pack containing fresh flowers, teas, coffees and starter toiletries change of the luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and large fluffy towels. A daily maid service or additional towels can be arranged upon request.

The property pre-authorises £300 via card upon arrival, which would is released upon check-out upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Please note that we have a 30 days cancellation policy on all bookings. Should a guest wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we would refund the entire amount minus a £50 admin fee.

Security deposit required – preauthorisation of £350 for studio apartments and £500 for one and two bedroom apartments for short stays. Deposit taken as a payment and refunded on departure for longer bookings
Reservations longer than 30 nights will be quoted case by case.

Change of linen and towels – £18 for one beds, £36 for two beds
Extra towels – £5 per set (one hand towel, one bath towel)

Extra 4 hour clean with change of linen and towels (two beds) – £80
Security
There is CCTV and a 24 hour porter service. Check-in is 15:00hrs and check-out 11:00hrs. The porters can store your luggage outside of these times
