Reality TV
We interrupt our regularly scheduled programme to bring you rather exciting news. Just a channel flick from Holland Park, Clarendon Road III is a documentary of delights. Set across three floors of French furniture, Moroccan rugs and Indian textiles, audiences can’t help but be captivated – or cosy. The sitting room is exotic, the kitchen sweetly rustic, and no voiceover could do justice to such an achingly lovely bedroom. When ratings soar, so can you – to a charming, starry roof terrace. And don’t forget to tune in to nearby Notting Hill. Fashionable and full of snazzy shops and eateries, it’s on next.
Credits
Your hostess is an award winning documentary producer, with an Emmy on the shelf to prove it. She travels across the world for work, and is always sure to bring home a souvenir or two. Her passions include history, politics and yoga. Overnights
Within an easy lope of Holland Park and the tube station, there’s no long title sequence before you arrive at this home. So step inside, and find your way to the fine first floor sitting room. Distinguished by period features, sash windows and high ceilings, you’ll also glimpse Indian throws, Moroccan rugs and winking glassware. Sit down with a pot of Darjeeling tea, or pluck a book from the high shelves. A country-style calm pervades the bright kitchen, with its wooden surfaces, folding table and creamily lit Smeg fridge-freezer.
Skip up a wooden staircase to the tempting roof terrace, or make your sleepy way to the bedroom. With its delicate artwork, French bedside lamps and white wrought iron bedstead, you’ll surely pass the sweetest of nights here. The bathroom is modern, stylish and tricked out with our White Company toiletries and fluffy towels.
