Sophisticated and snug
On a quiet road close to Barnes High Street (with great transport links to central London) this home is a welcoming place – smartly decorated with both classic and contemporary furniture. First along the entrance hall is the sitting room – a cool-coloured room with an original fireplace flanked by two blue sofas. Next along is the open-plan living area, where there’s a snug second sitting area (decorated in warmer shades) at the near end. From there, steps lead down to the more contemporary kitchen, which has a sleek breakfast bar, an even sleeker dining table and doors onto the pretty garden.

Then one floor up you’ll find a shower room and the fifth bedroom, above which is the master bedroom. This grey-painted room has a little collection of characterful artworks and ornaments, plus a stunning ensuite with a claw-footed bathtub (and a shower). Then on the final floor, there are to a further three bedrooms – all cream-painted and playfully accessorised – and another bathroom.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

There is a trundle bed in the fourth bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Pre-authorisation

When you arrive we secure a £1,000 hold on your credit or debit card. The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
