Cleveland Square VII is a poised place. Entering at street level, a staircase leads to the lower ground floor, and on the right you’ll find the master bedroom. A vintage chair sits in the contemporary dressing area, and through a wide archway, the double bed is overlooked by classically inspired feature wallpaper and an ornate mirror. To the right of the dressing area, the sitting room is traditional too. Statues-cum-candlesticks sit on the ornamental fireplace, and opposite, a red sofabed stands out against antique furniture and a black-and-white tiled floor.
The bathroom, painted neutral white, is to the left of the staircase, and at the end of the hallway you’ll come to the kitchen. Mint cabinets complement a round dining able for three, and out through a glass door, the patio is planted with flowers, ivy and even a palm tree.

This home is on the lower ground floor, although the entrance is on street level.
There is a double sofa bed in the sitting room which can be made up for one or two people. Please let us know if you would like it prepared for you when you book.
The bedroom does not have a door.
This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
A new elevator is being installed in the building. No noise can be heard inside the home.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
When you arrive we secure a £1,000 hold on your credit or debit card. The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
