Easy going
Close to the bustle of Earl’s Court, Collingham Gardens II is pared-back and peaceful. Four floors up, the entrance leads to a flight of stairs, and on the left you’ll find the bathroom, which has twin sinks and light blue-green tiles. The master bedroom, straight ahead, feels mellow too. A teal bedside lamp stands out against a wall of white cabinets, and opposite the double bed is a window seat and a mirror propped against the wall.

Next to the master bedroom is the sitting room. It’s a skylit space with sloping ceilings. A map of Iberia hangs above a wooden dining table for six, and there’s a retro look to the low coffee table, tucked between a cream sofa and widescreen TV. The kitchen – on the right – has a wood-and-white palette, and next door you’ll find the compact second bedroom, which has a double bed and white wardrobe.

This home is on the fourth floor of an apartment building with no elevator.

This home doesn’t have air conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.


When you arrive we secure a £1,000 hold on your credit or debit card. The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
