BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy:
- Non-Refundable Bookings: No cancellations or amendments allowed. No refund for cancellations.
- Fully Flexible Bookings:
- 1-6 nights: No charge if canceled/amended by 13:00 on the day before check-in. After that, full charge applies.
- 7-28 nights: No charge if canceled/amended by 13:00 the day before check-in. Late cancellation incurs a charge for the first 7 nights (or the entire amended stay if longer).
- 29+ nights: No charge if canceled/amended by 13:00 seven days before check-in. Late cancellation incurs a charge for the first 7 nights (or the entire amended stay if longer).
- Semi-Flexible Bookings:
- Similar to fully flexible, but the deposit taken at booking is non-refundable.
- No Shows: Rooms held until 01:00 after scheduled arrival, then canceled with applicable charges.
Deposit Terms:
- Standard Bookings: If a deposit is required, it is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Group Bookings (10+ rooms):
- 50% deposit due upon contract signing (non-refundable).
- 75% of total amount due 90 days before arrival.
- 100% of total amount due 30 days before arrival.
- Late Payments: Subject to a 4% interest charge above the Bank of England base rate.
