Greengarden House luxury apartments London are located in a quiet pedestrianised street, lined with exclusive shops and cosmopolitan restaurants. It is in the heart of London’s West End, minutes from Selfridges and Bond Street Underground making the commercial and financial districts within easy reach, yet only a short stroll from other fashionable shopping areas.
The luxurious fifteen one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments offer a real alternative to staying in a hotel. The elegant accommodation provides space, independence and flexibility as well as quality service.
They are decorated and furnished in a contemporary style and the one bedroom apartments comprise of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms have the above together with a twin bedroom and shower room.
The fully equipped kitchens have modern appliances enabling you to create everything from a simple breakfast to a formal dinner party.
In fact, because of its warm personal touches and distinctive interiors, guests regularly return to Greengarden House whenever they visit London, be it for business of for pleasure.

To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
Confirmation of Booking
A booking may only be regarded as confirmed once the Company has receipt of the signed terms and conditions and/or credit card authorisation form and the guest has been issued a reservation form.
Charges and Payment
1. Authorised credit facilities must be arranged with the Company prior to arrival.
2. All charges must be paid by the due date. If payments are not paid promptly the reservation will be deemed to be cancelled.
3. Please note that upon arrival, where payment has been made by credit card, apartment keys will only be issued on presentation of that card and verification made of its authenticity by completing and signing an appropriate credit card slip.
4. All reservations must be prepaid on or before the 7th day prior to arrival, unless previous credit facilities have been agreed.
5. Occupants are responsible for paying all their extras, including telephone charges, and the costs of repairs and replacement. Maid service, with a daily towel change, is included in the rental from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) together with a weekly linen change; extra linen changes are available on request at the cost of laundering the linen.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Any apartment nights cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the contracted rate. Any apartment nights cancelled after arrival will be charged at 100% of the contracted rate. Refunds will only be given for the nights we are able to re-let the apartment.
Accepted Credit Cards
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card.
All major credit cards accepted.
Should you wish to guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 2pm on the date of arrival then it will be necessary to pre-book the apartment the night before at the contracted rate. Should departure be required after 11am on the date of departure then it will be necessary to book the apartment for that day.
Should you not wish to incur this expense then following liaison with the Manager, and availability allowing, early check in and or late departure may be available without cost. However this can not be guaranteed, and such decisions are always at the discretion of the Manager.
Loss or Damage
The Company will not be liable to the guest or any person claiming through the guest for any loss or damage to personal items in the apartments or building. The guest also agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the premises, fixtures and fittings or any property of the Company.
