Description

Hoxton Press is a new development still in construction in Hackney. On e of the duo towers has been completed with tenants now renting. The building has a twenty-four doorman, video security entry system and lift. The flats are brand new with Citadel Apartments being the first tenant. The large exposed brick balcony is a key selling point. There is digitally controlled air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment. The apartment offers high ceilings.

 

The living room is pretty large with seating for three or four to watch the large screen HDTV. The living shares open access with the dining room where four can sit comfortably on the country wooden table. The table has a nice view out the balcony as the wall is made of windows. The beechwood floors are heated for added comfort.

 

The spacious kitchen will make any cook happy with its Formica countertops. There is a full-sized refrigerator, Siemens oven, electric hob and dishwasher.

 

The main bathroom is somewhat of a work of art. The shower is built into the granite floors and tiled walls with an open-faced entry. It offers a spacious showering experience.

 

The one bedroom has a full-sized bed with en suite tub and shower bathroom

 

There is large closet space perfect for those traveling on extended stays.

Hoxton Press is in New Era Estate bordering Hoxton in the borough of Hackney. There are a series of canals two blocks from the Northern edge of the duo towers. This area in Hackney is under a gentrification process with Hoxton Press paving the way. Angel and Old Street Stations are a ten minute bus ride, or Hoxton Overground Station is a half a mile away. Shoreditch Park is located right off the complex with many hipsters outside sunbathing this hot summer. It is also under development with landscapers out planting pine trees in the daytime
