At the weekends the area is a popular choice for tourists with St Pauls and other attractions around the City of London. Millennium Bridge is within proximity of the apartments; giving access to London’s fantastic South Bank with the Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe a plenty of places to eat and drink.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHECK IN
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival.  Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

CHECK OUT
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability. On departure please leave the keys on the table.

CANCELLATION
The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason before or during their stay:

  • If the Booking Period is for a period of 28 nights up to 89 nights the Guest must provide 14 days written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 14 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
  • If the Booking Period is for a period of more than 90 nights the Guest must provide 21 days written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.

In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any deposit.

In addition to the above charges if a special or reduced rate has been agreed for Booking Period of over 60 nights the Company reserves the right to charge the full rate as per the Price List which will be back dated to the start of the booking if the Guest cancels.

PAYMENT
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at the time of booking. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at the time of booking| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

EXTENSION POLICY
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. We will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
