The large, flat screen TV features Freeview channels and Free WiFi is to be installed in the apartment early in January 2017. The apartment benefits from being on a quiet street, made more quiet by being on the 2nd floor and the 2 bedrooms are both set at the rear of the building.
Your apartment features dark, hardwood floors and similarly dark wood furniture throughout giving a real feel of the original building whilst fully meeting up to the moment standards. The walk though from the Lounge to the dining room gives an instant appreciation of the space, comfort and standards in this exclusive area of central London as you walk through from the front door, by which there is an additional toilet. There is central heating throughout with very effective radiators in each room. From your lounge, you can step out through floor to ceiling doors onto the long balcony running almost the length of the apartment which overlooks the elegant and quiet Georgian mews adjacent to the house. The Lounge also has a solid wood desk and chair – handy when staying on business or simply for keeping in touch with friends and family back home.
Your apartment is located just 5 minutes’ walk from Sloane Square and King’s Road, Chelsea and 10 minutes’ walk from Knightsbridge, putting some of London’s most exclusive shopping in very easy reach. The Diplomat Hotel is just at the top of the street, whilst the even more exclusive The Belgrave Hotel is a few steps further. The well-known Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel is just around the corner facing Cadogan Place Gardens and Belgravia is an area for several other top central London hotels as well as many embassies.
Sloane Square tube station is 5 minutes’ walk away with the Circle and District Lines towards Westminster, Embankment – for Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the houses of Parliament and London Eye – and beyond to Tower Hill for the Tower of London. Knightsbridge Station is 10 minutes’ walk with the Piccadilly Line giving a direct route from London Heathrow and direct, also, to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Covent Garden and theatreland as well as to King’s Cross/St. Pancras for St. Pancras International.
The Master Bedroom is exceptionally large and has a King size Bed and a walk-in closet with shelves and hanging areas. It also has a small sofa bed suitable for children. The very large ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom has separate rain shower and ultra-modern extra sized bathtub over which sits a feature winch from years gone by when this area was on the outside of the building. Both the shower and the bathtub have a hand-held shower also. Additionally, there are his and hers wash hand basins, as well as toilet and bidet.
The much smaller Second Bedroom has a Double Bed and has wardrobes on either side of this. In the doorway to the bedroom are 2 doors in either side, behind one of which is the toilet and wash hand basin and behind the other the shower cubicle with rain shower and hand-held shower.
The very large kitchen is adjacent to the Lounge and has an elegant solid wood dining table for 6 as well as up to the moment appliances and ample worktop. There is a 6-ring gas hob, oven, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, 2 wine fridges, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and kettle along with all of the crockery, cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery you are likely to need during your stay.
In elegant Belgravia, suitably elegant coffee shops, bars and restaurants await you with a much wider range easily found in Chelsea and in Knightsbridge. Do make sure to slip down the side streets around your apartment where you will find the elegant small town atmosphere of Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea still alive and well. There is a beautiful mews alongside the entrance to the apartment and several more mews and streets of small, very individual shops and restaurants that you just will not find anywhere else.

Belgravia borders on Chelsea to the south and west, Knightsbridge to the north and west and Hyde Park Corner and Mayfair to the north and East. The walls of Buckingham Palace are a short walk from your apartment and Green Park and Hyde Park both easily reached on foot from the apartment.
Belgravia is one of central London’s most exclusive residential areas, surrounded by many embassies, top hotels and more. It is an area largely unspoilt by modern development and maintaining many of the original Georgian houses which give it its unique character and atmosphere.
Despite this, Belgravia, on this side, borders on Chelsea and Knightsbridge and gives easy access to the great shopping and village-like atmosphere of both of these lovely areas. As in Knightsbridge and Chelsea, garden squares are a feature of Belgravia and help to enhance its character.
The closest tube station is Sloane Square (5 minutes’ walk) for the District and Circle Lines. You can also go to Knightsbridge (10 minutes’ walk) where you will find the Piccadilly Line.
In addition, several bus routes pass by Sloane Square, King’s Road and Knightsbridge, close to your apartment.
