This apartment has been superbly designed in a unique style and is located on the ground floor of a building on a quiet street in Belgravia, looking out to the adjacent mews.  Belgravia is one of central London’s most exclusive residential areas, characterised by elegant Georgian terraced houses, but is really close to a wide range of shops, stores, restaurants & coffee shops.  Sloane Square station is 5 minutes’ walk and Knightsbridge 10 minutes’ walk.

Very spacious indeed at 104 square meters / 1119 square feet, your duplex 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment on the Ground Floor of this elegant Georgian house features a spacious Lounge which has the very recent additions of a new 4 seat sofa and an equally new luxurious armchair as well as a new dining table and chairs for 4.  The large Smart TV features Freeview channels, Netflix and there is Free WiFi throughout the apartment.  The apartment benefits from being on a quiet street, made even more quiet by being towards the rear of the building with the windows looking out to the very quiet mews alongside.

Your apartment features dark, hardwood floors aside from the tiled hallway floor, which is preserved from the original building along with part of the archway outside the second bedroom.  Exposed brickwork adds to the elegance of the apartment.  On entering the apartment, you immediately gain an appreciation of the style, comfort and standards in this exclusive area of central London.  There is central heating throughout with very effective radiators in each room.  From the entrance, you first pass the elegant Master Bedroom and its ensuite bathroom.  You then arrive in the Lounge and dining area with the surprisingly well-equipped kitchen alongside.  The Second Bedroom and Second Bathroom are down an elegant staircase alongside the Lounge.

Your apartment is located just 5 minutes’ walk from Sloane Square and King’s Road, Chelsea and 10 minutes’ walk from Knightsbridge, putting some of London’s most exclusive shopping in very easy reach.  The Diplomat Hotel is just at the top of the street, whilst the even more exclusive The Belgrave Hotel is a few steps further.  The well-known Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel is just around the corner facing Cadogan Place Gardens and Belgravia is an area for several other top central London hotels as well as many embassies.

Sloane Square tube station is 5 minutes’ walk away with the Circle and District Lines towards Westminster, Embankment – for Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the houses of Parliament and London Eye – and beyond to Tower Hill for the Tower of London.  Knightsbridge Station is 10 minutes’ walk with the Piccadilly Line giving a direct route from London Heathrow and direct, also, to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Covent Garden and theatreland as well as to King’s Cross/St. Pancras for St. Pancras International.

The Master Bedroom has a King-size Bed and a substantial wardrobe and cupboards.  The ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom (also directly accessible from the hallway) has an unusual almost triangular shaped bathtub with shower over.  Additionally, there is a wash hand basin, as well as toilet and bidet.

The Second Bedroom on the Lower Ground Floor has a Queen-size Bed and has wardrobes inside the bedroom and more wardrobes and cupboards just outside the bedroom.  There is also a solid wood desk and chair, for work or simply for keeping in touch with family and friends back home.  The second Bedroom has ample space for a quality floor mattress to be place for a 5th guest.  The Second Bathroom is also on the Lower Ground Floor and also has bathtub and shower over.

The quite compact kitchen is in galley-style adjacent to the Lounge and features up to the moment appliances and ample worktop.  There is a 5-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle along with all of the crockery, cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery you are likely to need during your stay.  There is separate washing machine and dryer downstairs in cupboards very close to the Second Bedroom.

Belgravia borders on Chelsea to the south and west, Knightsbridge to the north and west and Hyde Park Corner and Mayfair to the north and East.  The walls of Buckingham Palace are a short walk from your apartment and Green Park and Hyde Park both easily reached on foot from the apartment.

Belgravia is one of central London’s most exclusive residential areas, surrounded by many embassies, top hotels and more.  It is an area largely unspoilt by modern development and maintaining many of the original Georgian houses which give it its unique character and atmosphere.

Despite this, Belgravia, on this side, borders on Chelsea and Knightsbridge and gives easy access to the great shopping and village-like atmosphere of both of these lovely areas.  As in Knightsbridge and Chelsea, garden squares are a feature of Belgravia and help to enhance its character.

Getting Around

The closest tube station is Sloane Square (5 minutes’ walk) for the District and Circle Lines – so you can take the train here direct to Victoria for the Gatwick Express.  There are direct routes to most of London’s main sights, shopping areas and theatres with many just a few minutes’ away from the station.  You can also go to Knightsbridge (10 minutes’ walk) where you will find the Piccadilly Line for direct to and from London Heathrow Airport as well as direct King’s Cross/St. Pancras for trains to Luton as well as trains to Paris, Brussels and elsewhere.  Liverpool Street for the Stansted Express is just one change.

We provide a full Meet and Greet Service – a member of the team will meet you on arrival at your apartment.  After you make your reservation, we will liaise with you over your arrival time and to arrange an airport transfer quotation for you, if needed.

Late Arrival Fee

Please note that there is a flat Late Check In Fee of GBP 50.00 payable on arrival, if you are arriving after 9.00 p.m.

London Serviced Apartments will provide you with a 24 hour contact number in the event you have any concerns about your apartment.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of GBP 500.00 is secured.  No claim is made against this after your departure unless any damages occur in the apartment during your stay. This is fully refundable after your departure assuming no damages occur in the apartment during your stay.
