To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
Accounts must be settled prior to arrival unless Credit Facilities have been agreed. A credit account may take up to 28 days to set up and is not guaranteed. The Residence @ Marylebone Lane will only consider setting up such an account subject to the receipt of satisfactory references.
The setting up of credit accounts is entirely at Marylebone Lane discretion.
Marylebone Lane accept BACS & the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard & American Express
In the event that an account is set up, invoices must be settled within 7 days.
Marylebone Lane DO NOT accept cheques on arrival as a form of payment for accommodation.
BACS payments must be cleared prior to arrival with a copy of the remittance sent to [email protected]
Payment for all bookings of less than 3 months will be due in full
Stays of 1-6 nights will be due in full 72 hours prior to date of arrival
Stays of 7-28 nights will be due in full 7 days prior to date of arrival
Stays of 29-89 nights will be due in full 14 days prior to date of arrival
Stays of 90+ nights will be due in full 28 days prior to date of arrival, and will be invoiced quarterly.
Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing by Marylebone Lane at the time of booking.
For reservations of:
7 night’s duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
7 to 28 nights, then 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.
29 to 89 nights, then 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.
90 +nights, then 28 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed below.
Check-in is from 2:00pm onwards. Marylebone Lane will do their utmost to accommodate any guests arriving at the Apartment earlier than 2:00pm subject to availability.
If you intend to arrive very early on your arrival date, we advise booking your accommodation from the night prior to guarantee immediate access.
Each guest will be sent details prior to arrival on how to check in.
No pets allowed.
Access Accommodation has a strict no party / not gathering policy. Apartments cannot have more than the maximum occupancy quoted at booking stage.
Bookings of over 90s will be required to pay a security deposit to hold against incidentals, this will be refunded upon departure
