The apartments are situated in a quiet street just off Carter Lane and the hustle and bustle of the City of London and close to the local amenities.

You will be close to the transport links of Blackfriars, Mansion House and St Paul’s underground stations as they are all within a 5 minutes’ walk! This is a busy area for business people during the week is popular with tourists wishing to visit St Pauls Cathedral.

The new Millennium Bridge is within easy reach of the apartments providing access to many exciting attractions along the South bank including the fantastic new Tate Modern art gallery amongst many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHECK IN
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

CHECK OUT
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

CANCELLATION
The following Cancellation Charges apply where the Guest cancels for any reason before or during their stay:

  • If the Booking Period is for a period of up to 6 nights the Guest must provide 48 hours written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 3 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing nightly rate) plus VAT.
  • If the Booking Period is for a period of 7 nights up to 27 nights the Guest must provide 7 days written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 7 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
  • If the Booking Period is for a period of 28 nights up to 89 nights the Guest must provide 14 days written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 14 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
  • If the Booking Period is for a period of more than 90 nights the Guest must provide 21 days written notice of cancellation to avoid Cancellation Charges equal to 21 nights rental of The Apartment (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.
  • In the event of a no-show the Cancellation Charge will be charged and taken from the Guest’s credit card account and/or deducted from any deposit.
  • In addition to the above charges if a special or reduced rate has been agreed for Booking Period of over 60 nights the Company reserves the right to charge the full rate as per the Price List which will be back dated to the start of the booking if the Guest cancels.

PAYMENT
We require full payment at the time of booking. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at the time of booking| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

EXTENSION POLICY
Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. We will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
