A minimum of 7 day notice is required to cancel without charge. Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior the arrival date are subject to one night charge on your credit/debit card. Same day reservation is confirmed as a guaranteed booking. All Non-arrivals and late cancellations are subject to one night room rental being charged on the credit card.
For all refundable reservations please be informed that we have to make the pre-authorization of £1 on the credit/debit card you kindly provide us to secure the reservation. We will charge your credit/debit card for full price of the accommodation 7 days prior arrival.
For non-refundable reservation full payment will be taken at the time of the booking.
You are required to have the same card with you on the day of arrival. If you are paying on behalf of somebody else please request our third party payment authorisation form.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Please be informed that we required £150 deposit to cover any incidental charges during your stay. We are not taking the money out of your account and we will do only a standard preauthorisation of the credit/debit card on the day of arrival. The preauthorisation will be released automatically from your bank account unless we need to use that for any damages caused by you inside the apartment.
This property has no front desk. Guests will have to confirm the time of arrival for us to organise the meet and greet. There is no self-check in available.
Our customer service staff will be required to take a copy of your ID within 24h from your arrival and to see the credit card you made the booking with. For same day reservations guest will be required to provide by e-mail a copy of their ID and a copy of the credit card used for payment prior receiving check in instructions.
We recommend that you have with you the following items upon check-in
• Your confirmation number and/or a printed copy of your reservation
• A government-issued ID
• Guests must be at least 21 years old at time of check-in
• A credit / debit card should match the guest name on the reservation.
