51 Buckingham Gate have 4 categories of apartments from Junior Suites (ie studio apartments to 5 bedroom apartments – some connecting suites). They are Jaguar, Falconer, Minster and King Suites and the fantastic brand new Cinema suite. In every suite: speaker phone voicemail, copier / fax / printer with laptop connection and dataport. Our business centre offers full secretarial support. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit on Reservation:
Stays up to 6 nights – No deposit is required but credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation

Stays from 7 – 90 nights – A minimum of 50% of the total accommodation and tax is required in advance as a deposit.

During high season full prepayments may be requested on apartments with two or more bedrooms. Full prepayment may be requested when booking some larger apartments.
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
Stays up to 6 nights – Any cancellation or amendment must be made in writing 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one night’s cancellation charge.

Stays from 7 – 13 nights – Any cancellation or amendment must be made in writing 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeit of the deposit.

Stays from 14 – 28 nights – Any cancellation or amendment must be made in writing 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeit of the deposit.

Stays from 29 – 90 nights – Any cancellation or amendment must be made in writing 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeit of the deposit.

For large apartments the cancellation policy will be agreed at the time of the reservation and will not be less than 30 days.

Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card
All major credit cards accepted

Additional Terms:
Payments made by bank transfer or company cheque must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival or as agreed when making the reservation.

Rates do not apply during Event dates including Rugby World Cup 18 Sept – 31 Oct.
