Free unlimited super fast 150mb WiFi is included in the rental price along with a complimentary welcome pack containing fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, sugar, coffee and single estate teas. A weekly 2 hour clean is also included along with a change of the Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. A daily maid service and additional towels can be arranged with us for a minimal surcharge at the time of booking as an “add on” or during your stay.

The property pre-authorises £300 via card upon arrival, which would is released upon check-out upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Please note that we have a 30 days cancellation policy on all bookings. Should a guest wish to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we would refund the entire amount minus a £50 admin fee.
We have 24/7 porters on site, so there are no late arrival fees.

There is CCTV and a 24 hour porter service. Check-in is 15:00hrs and check-out 11:00hrs. The porters can store your luggage outside of these times
