This charming riverside town strikes the perfect balance between tranquillity and activity. Stroll along the Thames, enjoy a picnic at Cowey Sale, or explore the town’s green open spaces. The local shopping scene features a blend of well-known high-street names and unique independent boutiques. Food lovers will enjoy a wide selection of restaurants and cafés serving everything from global cuisine to comforting local favourites. ‘Customers’ understand and agree that:
1. By using ERS website, customers agree to the terms of use of the site and further understand and accept that Reservations are contractual and legally binding agreements between the Customer and ERS.
2. Reservation Confirmations will advise of any cancellation terms and charges applied by ERS in the event that the reservation is cancelled.
3. The Reservation Confirmations and any subsequent amendments should be read and checked carefully and in particular
4. In proceeding with a reservation the Customer confirms that they have read and understood the implications of any cancellation or charges or fees made by ERS.
ERS Customers also note that the changing of details, such as arrival or departure dates or extra persons for instance, may incur a change to the rate initially booked but that these costs (unknown at the time of booking) cannot be advised at the time of booking. The Customer has the option to cancel their reservation subject to the terms advised if the amended terms or rates are not acceptable to them.
5. The Customer acknowledges that the terms and conditions of any property booked will apply during their stay.
6. ERS does not insure against losses of personal items and advises
(i) all Customer to take out personal insurance cover for any risks during their stay and
(ii) that any items of value should be kept either with the management of the property or, if suitable, secured in the room safe if there is one available
7. Amendments to all reservations will be made by contacting ERS and confirmation notices of any amendments and resulting charges will be provided as soon as practically possible after the changes and costs have been confirmed with ERS.
8. All cancellations must be made by contacting in writing and confirmation notices will be sent as soon as practically possible after checking if any charges are to be made by ERS. Cancellation charges will be notified in all cases.
9. In all cases an administration charge of £35.00 plus VAT will be made by ERS for all cancellations or amendments.
10. Extensions need to be agreed in advance and any unauthorised stay beyond dates booked will incur a surcharge of 25% above the rate agreed and an administration fee of £125 plus VAT at the standard rate
It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.
Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.
Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
