The reservation is charged at one week’s rate and is payable by debit or credit card.

The reservation is secured once payment is received and you receive an email confirmation from us.

Upon arrival, stayers must also provide a valid form of ID issued by a governing body (e.g., a Passport or Driver’s License). If the Stayer cannot provide a valid ID on request, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement.

Your Booking is complete once the agreement is signed, and the full payment is received. You are now a Stayer and can move in.

Stayers are liable for all the amounts stated in the agreement. For Additional Services, we will charge the corresponding fee as per the additional fees provided with the agreement.

We can only accept debit or credit card payments. We do not accept cash, cheques, giro acceptance forms, or any other means of payment.

Cancellation:

1. If the applicant has not signed the agreement, the applicant may cancel or withdraw the reservation request at any time by notifying London Serviced Apartments in writing. However, any fees the applicant has already paid for the reservation are non-refundable.

2. If the applicant has signed the agreement, the right to cancel will be governed by the terms of your contract.

3. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The applicant shall derive no rights from a verbal cancellation.
