All serviced apartments include maid service, reception / concierge services, all utility costs included, i.e. electricity, heating and water charges (excluding guests telephone usage), cleaning, television licenses and local government taxes (these are different from VAT). You do not need to pay any departure charges and most importantly, we do not charge you a booking or administration charge. All apartments also include cutlery, crockery, linen and towels.
Serviced apartments offer more than just a room. Serviced apartments have separate areas for cooking, dining, living and sleeping – offering a better home from home experience. You have more space to live and work in. Having more space also means you can entertain guests a lot easier.
Serviced apartments cost approximately 30% less than an equivalent hotel. Serviced apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette so you save money on room service and restaurant costs. The vast majority of serviced apartments offer free Wi-Fi unlike many hotels who continue to charge for it. In addition to these benefits, the longer you stay in a serviced apartment, the better rates you have access to. This makes serviced apartments an ideal solution for temporary accommodation, corporate relocations and business trips.
Having more space means guests can enjoy enhanced privacy, especially if they are travelling with family because you have the space to socialise together and space to retreat to individually.
We are members of The Association of Serviced apartments (ASAP) and we only list properties that are managed by trusted apartment providers and hotel brands opposed to private flats. As a result, our customers are always protected. We visit our apartments and monitor the standard of the properties we offer. Our customers can be sure to stay in quality accommodation that provides security and regulation.
At home you eat when you feel like it. Serviced apartments are the same. You can eat whenever you want, whether it is a light bite or a full meal. This flexibility makes it much easier to have family/friends visit and even business meetings. Many serviced apartments also have sofa beds allowing guests to stay the night.
A studio apartment is similar to a hotel room in that it has a large bedroom area, which is your main living space. The bed itself is often a fold way / sofa-bed, although some apartments have proper full size beds. Within the room will often include a small dining table or workspace, a television, music system and seating area. The apartment will also have a compact kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette will usually include a cooker, microwave, fridge and food preparation area. The bathroom will usually have a toilet, wash basin, bathtub and integral shower.
1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments differ from a studio apartment in that the apartment has a separate living room. Each bedroom is separate (sometimes they may have interconnecting doors) and has either a standard size double bed, although many apartments have queen and king size beds.
In 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments, often the second or third bedrooms will have two single beds. Some apartments have bunk beds in the second bedrooms. The living rooms often have dining tables and chairs and many living rooms have a sofa bed for additional guests. Living rooms have TVs, music systems (in most properties).
The kitchens are usually fully equipped with full size cookers, microwaves, fridge / freezers and food preparation area. Bathrooms will have a toilet, wash basin, bathtub and integral shower.
In 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments, the apartment may have 2, 3 or 4 bathrooms.
