Deluxe room with accessible access

King size bed, fully fitted kitchen, sofa bed/interconnecting rooms for carers. Rooms are adapted to make it fully DDA compliant.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe room features a twin or a king size bed, 40’ flat screen TV with Sky/satellite channels, individual climate control and a fully fitted kitchen. Each room has its own individual WIFI router and sofa bed. Interconnecting rooms are available.

Executive Room

Executive rooms include the same range of amenities as our Deluxe rooms – All rooms feature a Super King Size bed with a spacious work desk and an armchair. Kitchen are fitted with an Nespresso coffee machine

Suite

King size bed, with a separate kitchen and living area, bedrooms have a TV as well as a 40’ TV in the living room. – Nespresso Machine

Club room

Same features as the executive room without a kitchen. All club rooms come with a mini bar – Nespresso Machine

Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

For stays less than 14 nights, cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date for stays over 14 nights, 7 days prior notice is require.  Stays over 90 nights require 30 days prior notice.

Please note that there is a 10 GBP cancellation fee. (When cancelling 10 GBP cancellation fee & 6 GBP booking fee and the credit card surcharge is non-refundable).
Please note for security reasons you maybe requested to provide ID prior to or on arrival.

Please note your full confirmation including access codes to the building and regarding your keys will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival. The Client agrees to pay all rental costs and charges related to the apartment and are liable for payment of any uncollected rent or charges including damage beyond normal wear and tear or incidentals for the rental term listed on the booking confirmation form which accompanies each rental booking.

Any bookings made under a promotional rate or code incur a 100% cancellation charge.

The following charges will apply for credit cards, this is a surcharge of:

-AMEX is 4.5%

Should any keys be lost or stolen or should the client fail to checkout by 3pm the client will be liable for the full cost of an emergency locksmith plus any replacement fobs required for operating entrance doors / car park gates, etc. In the case of the above the apartment management reserve the right to remove a guests belongings from the room and accept no liability for the loss or damage of these items. A minimum fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date.

The management will not accept responsibility for personal injury, damages or loss of property and encourages all guests to carry travel insurance in the unlikely event of such incidents. We suggest that the policy include, but not limited to, the following coverage – loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the hotel to ensure that bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, the management reserve the right to relocate any Booking to another room of similar size and standard in the locality. The Client acknowledges that the management accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Client in consequence of the relocation of the Client.

On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 10.30am. Failure to do so will entitle the management to charge £50 after 10.30am and a full nights stay after 2pm.

The management reserve the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

The management reserve the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.

Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the property, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.

Guests are allowed guide dogs only.

Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times.

The management have a strict no-party policy. The maximum number of people per apartment should not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance to other guests. Additional charges will be levied to your account if there is evidence of a party having occurred during your stay.

Please note the company will request a copy of Photo Identification and/or the credit card used to make your booking. This is carried out as part of our normal security check, in the interests of all parties to protect the company and its guests against fraud.

All apartments are non-smoking and a charge will be levied for any abuse of this term. The charge will equate to one nights stay.

Upon arrival at your selected property, the management may require a pre-authorisation of your credit or debit card at check-in. Please note that no money is transferred at that time and the pre-authorisation is used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): breaches in terms above, breakages / damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc.

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
