BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit

The tenant will pay to the Landlord when signing the Agreement six week’s rental as a Deposit.  At the end of the Tenancy the Deposit will be returned, subject to the possible deductions for damages or rent in arrears.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellations

A refundable deposit equal to 6 weeks rental plus 3 months rental is required, thereafter the rental is due monthly in advance.  Once confirmed 3 months rental is non refundable.  After the first 3 months renal 1 months prior notice is required to cancel the remainder of a stay.

Arrivals & Departures

Check in and check out for this property is at 12 Hertford Street, Mayfair, London W1J 7RW during office hours (up until 19:00pm) alternatively keys can be collected from the property management’s main reception at 45 Beaufort Gardens, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1PN.

Breakages

Breakages and damages will be charged for.

Telephones

On arrival a credit card imprint or cash (sterling) will be taken as security for telephone charges.  Telephone calls are charged on a per second billing basis equivalent to 27p per unit in respect of local calls.  Each apartment has its own direct line.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
