These beautiful apartments are newly refurbished, modern, cozy and perfect located. They have their own bathroom and are equipped with everything you need. The apartments are located in the heart of Covent Garden, within walking distance of Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Charing Cross, Soho and more.
Some of the premium amenities include washing machine, dryer, essentials (towels, bed sheets, toilet paper) hanger, iron and iron board, TV, heating, smoke alarm, dedicated workspace and cooking basics like pots and pans.

To achieve the maximum guests in some apartments extra configurations will apply at an extra cost. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry.
Rates at this property are considerably higher during peak seasons and special London events e.g. Summer, Christmas/ New Year, World Holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind when making an enquiry for stays across these dates. If unsure please confirm with your agent.
Cancellation / Amendment / No-Show / Early Departure Policy:
1-6 Nights: 3 days notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 50% of booking value penalty fee
7-28 Nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights penalty fee
29+ Nights: 2 weeks notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights penalty fee
Security Deposit:
A cautionary security deposit of GBP 250 / AUD 250 / EUR 250 inclusive of all applicable taxes is required to be collected from all guests. The amount is pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card and is fully released at the end of the guest stay provided that no damages or losses have occurred to the apartment. The request for deposit can be waived upon receipt of written confirmation from Agents/Companies that they will take full accountability in case of property damage or loss caused by the guest.
Pet Policy:
By prior arrangements, guests are welcome to be accompanied by their pets during their stay at KULA apartments. A non-refundable one-off fee of GBP 50 / AUD 50 / EUR 50 per pet inclusive of all applicable taxes does apply.
