We are pleased to offer a range of one and two-bedroom central London serviced apartments at 37 Clarges Street.

Finished to an exceptionally high standard, these spacious apartments are perfect for a short stay in Mayfair, for business or pleasure. Equally, if you want to extend your trip, we’ll be happy to take care of you for the duration of your stay in London.

Situated on a smart Mayfair side street, these London serviced apartments are the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the capital while offering direct access to some of the Capital’s most iconic locations.

Each apartment benefits from the house manager and manageress, who are available to help with requirements or requests that might crop up during your stay with us. They’ll make sure that the housekeeping team keep your apartment in the pristine condition you’d expect and if you require any advice or extra help during your stay, they’ll be right there when you need them, always with complete discretion.

Of course each apartment contains all the necessities you would expect from a luxury serviced apartment in central London. In the one bedroom apartments, there is a king-size bed, a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and a dining room / lounge with a double sofa bed for additional use if required.

The two bedroom features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a single bed in the second bedroom, as well as a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room / lounge which again includes a double sofa bed for additional use if needed.

1 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment

Each 1 bedroom apartment offers a lounge and dining area, a super king size in the master bedroom and a kitchen. If you’re travelling with associates, friends or family, they have the option of using the double sofa bed in the lounge. You can rest assured that your central London serviced apartment will be furnished to the highest standards and will offer a bright and spacious base for your short stay in Mayfair.

1.5 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment

Each one and a half  bedroom apartment offers a lounge and dining area, a super king size in the master bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom, a kitchen and two bathrooms. If you’re travelling with associates, friends or family, they have the option of using the double sofa bed in the lounge. You can rest assured that your central London serviced apartment will be furnished to the highest standards and will offer a bright and spacious base for your short stay in Mayfair.

Your neighbourhood

Located on Chesterfield Street, the house is surrounded by history. Shaw House was home to W. Somerset Maugh, a renowned British playwright and novelist, author of The Painted Veil and dozens of other well regarded works.

Next door, 4 Chesterfield Street was once home to former British Prime Minister, Anthony Eden, and Regency dandy George Bryan ‘Beau’ Brummell. The famous former residents don’t stop there, – around the corner on Curzon Street you can find the former homes of Nancy Mitford and another British Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
When and how can I pay?

There is a deposit of 30 per cent, which is payable in advance of you arriving at your London serviced apartments. Of this, 10 per cent is payable when the original reservation is made, and the remaining 20 per cent should be paid at least 60 days in advance of arrival.

If you book less than 60 days in advance, the 30 per cent deposit will be charged as one payment. We accept card payments for these deposits.


What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations that are made more than 60 days in advance are liable for a 10 per cent cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 60 day window are liable for a 30 per cent cancellation fee. If there is no notice of cancellation, the full fee of the stay is owed, even in the event of a no show or an early departure.


Who do I contact when I arrive at my London serviced apartments?

If you have arranged to stay at Shaw House, you can make your way directly to the building and contact the House Manager via telephone. The number will have been provided to you in advance.
If you have arranged to stay in 34-36, or 37 Clarges Street then please contact the House Manager 10-15 minutes in advance of your arrival.

Alternatively, you can make your way to Shaw House and contact the House Manager from there.


What time can I check-in and what time is check out?

Check-in for all apartments is 2pm, and check-out is 11am. Depending on availability, the apartments may be available for early arrival or late check out, but this can only be assessed on an ad-hoc basis on the day in question. We pride ourselves on a personal level of service so do get in touch and give us a call if you’d like to arrange a different check in or check out time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.

If you require guaranteed early arrival or late departure, you can arrange to extend these times, for which an extra half day’s rent is payable. If you need to store your suitcases whilst you wait for your apartment to become available, the House Manager will be happy to secure these for no extra charge.


What assistance will be available during my short stay in Mayfair?

The House Manager will be available to answer all queries from 8am to 9pm, and at any other times in the case of emergencies.


How often are the apartments cleaned?

Our London serviced apartments are cleaned daily from Monday to Friday. The cleaner will change linen and towels twice a week.


What furniture do the apartments include?

All our London serviced apartments are fully furnished and equipped, with kitchenware, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, as well as an extra double sofa bed in each room. A flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, hairdryer and safe are also included as standard. A cot or high chair for small children can also be added, with no extra cost.


What other amenities are available?

You can expect to find a fully complimentary starter pack in your room on the first day, complete with a bottle of water, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel and soap.

We’re pretty sure that’s everything you need to get you started, but if there’s anything else you need, we’ll be happy to arrange for groceries or other amenities to be purchased before you arrived, the cost of which will be later added to your invoice.


Is internet available for guests?

Of course – fully complimentary WiFi is available in all our apartments. Your log in details and password will be clearly displayed in the flat.


Can I still access my apartment if I’m disabled or need step-free access?

There is a lift available in both our Clarges Street and our Shaw House serviced apartments, so those with less mobility will have no trouble accessing them.


How can I get to the apartment?

The closest London Underground station to our apartments is Green Park, which is located on the Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines. The station is within easy walking distance of all our apartments; 5 minutes’ walk from Shaw House and just three minutes’ walk from Clarges Street.

If you plan to arrive by car, there are some public access car parks available nearby, at Chesterfield House, or Carrington Street.

If you’re arriving at the airport, we’d also be happy to arrange an airport transfer for you. If you give us your flight details, number of people travelling and a contact number, we’ll happily arrange the whole thing on your behalf.
