BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit on Reservation:

For long stays, eg 4 weeks +, one weeks deposit will be required and one weeks notice of cancellation prior to arrival is also required.

On short stays, credit card details are retained to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

If notice is given 48 hours prior to arrival there will be no charge for cancellation, otherwise a charge representing one night’s accommodation will be charged.

For staYs between May – September, 7 days prior notice of a cancellation is required, on less notice the full rental will be charges.

Accepted Credit Cards:

All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card

All major credit cards accepted

£50 + VAT per night for use of sofa bed
