BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Stays under 28 nights – 14 days’ notice

  • Stays of 28 nights or more – 30 days’ notice

The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible, regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking.

In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances London Serivced Apartments reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.

 

There are stairs to access this 1st floor apartment from street level with no lift, this is a single level apartment. In-built air conditioning is available in this property. Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £60 per week. Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and/or linen changes on request are available for a fee. Please speak to the team to arrange this.
