BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation: A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
1.2 Payment: Full payment for the entire stay is required before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
1.3 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or additional charges during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within a specified period after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the check-in date.
    2.2 No Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will result in the full amount of the booking being charged.

3. Occupancy and Use

3.1 Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each apartment is as stated in the booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit is prohibited without prior approval and may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.
3.2 Use of Apartment: The apartment is for temporary residential use only. Parties, events, or any commercial use is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
3.3 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. Any unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the booking.

4. House Rules

4.1 Noise: Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
4.2 Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
4.3 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit, and any additional costs will be charged to the guest.

5. Liability

5.1 Personal Belongings: The management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
5.2 Maintenance and Repairs: The management reserves the right to enter the apartment for maintenance or repairs, with prior notice whenever possible.
5.3 Force Majeure: The management is not liable for any failure to provide the services contracted due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
