Description

Ashburn Hotel serviced apartments  are located in Kensington, London – a very popular area of central London for both leisure and business travellers. London’s Natural History Museum and Science Museum’s are located here, and Hyde Park and The Albert Hall are nearby.

Gloucester Road has varied shops and supermarkets, and Knightsbridge and Chelsea are nearby with their high end shops, restaurants and Harrods. Gloucester Road tube station provides quick and easy access to the West End theaters and tourist sites, the political hub of Westminster and London’s business districts.

Dating from the late 1800’s, the building originally housed a doctors’ surgery and a separate private home. Today it offers a wide choice of east and west-facing apartments designed to maximise the London sunrise and sunset. They range from studios right through to three bedroom apartments. Studio apartments.

Our studio apartments provide a modern open-plan living and sleeping area, fitted with a king size bed that can be split into twin, fully fitted kitchenette and separate bathroom with bath/power shower. These apartments are located on the lower ground floor or upper floors.

One bedroom apartments

Our one bedroom apartments offer modern luxury furniture with king size bed that can be split into twins. The lounge dining area has a flat-screen television with free satellite channels, DVD and music system. There is a good-sized fully fitted kitchen, the bathroom has a bath/power shower and these apartments are located on ground floor or fifth floor.

Standard 2 bedroom apartment

The two-bedroom apartment offers good space and light. There is a king-sized bed (or twin beds if preferred) in the master bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom. One bathroom with bath/power shower and a guest cloakroom.  The apartment has a sizable lounge dining area equipped with flat screen television with free satellite channels, DVD and music centre. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern high-specification appliances. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor and offers a patio.

Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms

Our two bedroom deluxe apartments can comfortably accommodate a family of four. The master bedroom and second bedroom comes with a king sized bed (or choice of twin beds).  Two bathrooms with bath/power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Lounge dining area with flat-screen television, free satellite channels, DVD and music system. These apartments are located between ground floor and upper floors.

Deluxe 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms

These spacious 3 bedroom apartments have king size beds (2 of them can be split into single beds). The bathrooms come with bath/power shower. The open plan kitchens are fully equipped with high-quality modern appliances. A luxuriously furnished lounge dining area has a premium audio visual system, including a flat screen television with free satellite and freeview channels. These apartments are located between the second floor and forth floors

Ashburn Suite: 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment

This luxurious, spacious and light three bedroom Penthouse apartment has two bathrooms and a guest cloakroom offers a ‘home-from-home’ experience for a family of six. All bedrooms come with a king sized bed that can be split into single beds. The bathrooms come with bath/power shower. The ample sized kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality modern appliances. A luxuriously furnished lounge dining area has a premium audio visual system, including a flat screen television with free satellite and Freeview channels. The apartment is located on the fifth floor.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

We accept payments by Cash, Credit or Debit cards and Bank Transfer. Please note that payments made by credit card attract a surcharge, see below “Credit card charges”.

For bookings for the low season we require a credit card to guarantee the reservation at the time of the booking and the full pre-payment of the rental at check in at the property.

For bookings for the high season we have a minimum stay policy and we require the payment of a one week non-refundable at the time of the booking in order to confirm the reservation. We also require full pre-payment of the balance 30 days prior the arrival, otherwise the apartment will be released.

Bookings of 30 to 60 nights stay

We require 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and remaining balance on arrival.

Bookings of 60 nights stay and over

We require 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and 1 month rental in advance and 1 month deposit prior to arrival or at check in, the remaining balance can be paid on a monthly basis.

Group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments

We require 1 week non-refundable for each unit of apartment reserved at the time of the booking.

Bookings From 18th July to 6th September 2015

We require 1 week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking and the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the apartment will be released.

Please note that for bookings for the high season we have a minimum stay policy of 4 weeks.

Credit Card Charges

Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Please note that payments made by credit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Union Pay and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above.

Check-in time is from 15:00pm

Check-out time is by 11:00am

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability. You will need to check with reception on the day of departure. Extra charge may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.

Once you have checked in you must give us 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

Cancellation for group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments

On group bookings of 3 or more units of apartments (or during the high season) notification of cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival. Once you have checked in you must give us 30 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

Smoking

All our properties have a no-smoking policy in line with UK legislation. This policy covers the burning/smoking of all substances in our apartments, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.

Security Deposit

Please note that at check in we require a security deposit to cover any incidental breakages or damages that may occur during occupation. The security deposit is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and if no incidental expenses have been incurred.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
