  • Stays of 28 nights or more – 30 days’ notice

The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible, regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking.

In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances London Serivced Apartments reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay
