This modern duplex apartment spans the third and fourth floors of a mixed-use residential and office building, ideally located near Old Street—one of London’s most dynamic and sought-after areas.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen that includes all the appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals with ease.
The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms: two with super-king beds (which can be configured as twins upon request) and one with a king-size bed. Each room includes plush bedding and ample wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms—one ensuite with a shower-over-bath, and a spacious family bathroom offering both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Guests also have access to two outdoor roof decks: one shared with a neighboring apartment, and a larger communal rooftop terrace (booking required) that boasts sweeping panoramic views of the City skyline.

Stays under 28 nights – 14 days’ notice
Stays of 28 nights or more – 30 days’ notice
The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking.
In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances, the provider reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.
In the event that the Client serves less than the notice period required for a cancellation or amendment, the provider will charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be equivalent to the number of nights falling within the cancellation/amendment period. In such circumstances, the provider reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.
It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.
Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.
Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
