This spacious fourth-floor apartment sits within a mixed-use residential and office building near Old Street—one of London’s most sought-after locations. Positioned on the corner of the building, the flat is wrapped in large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide sweeping views across the City.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for entertaining, with ample comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with high-end appliances and cookware. The apartment features four generously sized bedrooms: three with super-king beds (which can be converted into twins on request) and one with a king-size bed. Each bedroom offers plush bedding and generous wardrobe space.
Three of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while the master suite also boasts a bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include abundant storage throughout and a separate shared WC in the hallway.
Guests can also enjoy access to a communal rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views across London’s skyline.

Stays under 28 nights – 14 days’ notice
Stays of 28 nights or more – 30 days’ notice
The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible, regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking.
In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances London Serivced Apartments reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.
It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.
Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.
Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
