BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Stays under 28 nights – 14 days’ notice

  • Stays of 28 nights or more – 30 days’ notice

The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible, regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking.

In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances London Serviced Apartments reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.

In the event that the Client serves less than the notice period required for a cancellation or amendment, London Serviced Apartments will charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be equivalent to the number of nights falling within the cancellation/amendment period. In such circumstances, London Serviced Apartments reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively – to reflect the actual length of the stay.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
