BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Check-in & Check-out
Residents can check-in from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 11:00 hours. Extra charge applies for
early check-in and late check-out. In the event of early arrival, to guarantee immediate access to the apartment upon arrival, please
pre-register the reservation from the night prior to arrival.
Credit card details of the guest will be required when making the booking to guarantee the apartment unless company credit facilities
have been put in place with Frasers Hospitality prior to the arrival of the guest. The company will be invoiced 28 days after arrival and
every month thereafter. Standard 30 days payment applies to all invoices issued from the date of invoice. For reservations, which are to
be invoiced back, Frasers Hospitality must receive a written confirmation from the company via company email or written on letterhead
paper, stating the correct accounts contact and, if applicable, cost centre.
2. Security Deposit
A credit card pre-authorisation in the amount of GBP 250.00 will be required from the guest upon check-in. The security deposit will be
disregarded in the event that a written confirmation is received by Frasers Hospitality prior to the guest’s arrival, in which the company
clearly states that all incidentals will be covered by the company in addition to the rent and VAT.

3. Cancellation policy
There will be no cancellation charge if a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival date. The following cancellation policy will
apply if not honoured:
• 7 nights rent for stays of 28-83 nights
• 14 nights rent for stays of 84+ nights
Group bookings and reservations of the penthouse are subject to a different cancellation procedure and terms and conditions.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
