Booking Amendments

If a guest wishes to amend their booking (including changes to dates or accommodation type), Cambridge City Centre Aparthotels cannot guarantee that such requests can be accommodated and accepts no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense incurred as a result.

Amendments are not permitted on Non-Refundable rates. For Standard bookings, amendments may be possible subject to availability, provided requests are made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Any difference in accommodation cost for revised dates will be payable by the guest. All amendment requests must be submitted in writing.

Identification, Security Deposits and Additional Charges

Valid photographic identification is required upon check-in.

Cambridge City Centre Aparthotels reserves the right to request a security deposit per guest at check-in. Where taken, this will be fully refunded upon departure, subject to the apartment and its contents being left in good condition and no disturbance having occurred. Deposits held as a pre-authorisation on a credit card or charged to a debit card will be released in accordance with the issuing bank’s policy, which typically takes between 3–10 working days, though this may vary.

Guests authorise the Operator to charge their payment card for any reasonable costs incurred that are not covered by the security deposit.

Apartments may only accommodate the maximum number of guests stated in the booking description. Additional guests are not permitted. All guest names are recorded at check-in and cannot be amended thereafter.

Check-in and Check-out

Apartments are generally available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out is required by 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and will incur an hourly surcharge. Departures after 3:00 pm will be charged as an additional night’s stay.

Facilities and Services

All apartments are fully furnished and include a kitchen equipped with appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils.

Basic toiletries are provided; guests are advised to bring any additional personal items they may require.

All prices include bed linen, towels, television and Wi-Fi access. Items must not be removed from the apartment.

Apartment cleaning is included as part of the serviced apartment model. This is not a daily hotel service. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay clean is provided, typically on the 4th day and every 7th day thereafter.

Liability for Guest Property

Unless negligence by the Operator is established by a court or independent authority, Cambridge City Centre Aparthotels accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to guests or their personal property within the apartments or communal areas.

Personal belongings, including vehicles parked on-site and items stored in in-room safes (where available), are kept at the guest’s own risk. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrange appropriate travel and personal insurance.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the apartment and its contents during their stay. Apartments must be left clean and tidy upon departure; failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by negligence, wilful misconduct or irresponsible behaviour by the guest or their visitors must be reported to Management immediately and may be charged accordingly.

Guests must ensure doors and windows are secured when leaving the apartment.

Use of Property and Guest Conduct

Cambridge City Centre Aparthotels does not permit stag, hen or party bookings.

Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, staff and neighbouring properties, particularly in relation to noise and behaviour.

The use of the property for commercial or business purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Guests must comply with all applicable laws and must not engage in behaviour that is disruptive, antisocial, threatening or abusive.

Accommodation is provided solely for personal, lawful use. Entry is limited to registered guests only, and subletting or re-letting is not permitted. No tenancy rights arise from occupancy.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without refund where a guest is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, breaches these Terms & Conditions, or adversely affects the comfort or safety of others.

No-Smoking and Fire Safety Policy

All apartments at Cambridge City Centre Aparthotels are strictly non-smoking in accordance with the law. A charge of £250 per night will be applied where smoking is found to have occurred within an apartment.

The use of candles, incense or any naked flames is strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons.
