BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed in writing at the time of booking.

For reservations of:

14 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival

15 to 28 nights, 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required

29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required

90+ nights, 30 notice of cancellation will be required

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed below.

Cancellation Charges (if outside of cancellation policy)

Stays of 1- 14 nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee

Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee

Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights cancellation fee

Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee

Early Departure Charges

Stays of 1-14 nights will be charged 3 nights early departure fee

Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights early departure fee

Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights early departure fee

Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee

Non-Arrivals

It is the responsibility of the Agent and/or designated booking agent to provide Client contact details in the event of a non-arrival.

Payments

Accounts must be settled prior to arrival unless a credit facility has been arranged.

The setting up of credit accounts is entirely at discretion.

The property acceptc BACS & the following credit/debit cards:

Visa, MasterCard and American Express are all accepted as method of payment

In the event that credit facility is set up invoices must be settled within 28 days.

The property does not accept cash or cheques on arrival as a form of payment for accommodation.

BACS payments must be cleared prior to arrival with a copy of the remittance.

Pets

The property is pet friendly, there is a fee of £120.

 

Credit Card Authorisation Forms

If the credit card used to pay for the booking will not be present at the point of check-in, a third party credit card authorisation must be completed in full and returned, prior to the guest checking in.

Credit-Card Pre-Authorisation Policy

It is policy to pre-authorise a guest’s credit/debit card at the point of check-in. The amount is held and any incidental charges accrued during the stay are deducted from this, and the remaining balance released back onto the card.

Terms & Conditions

Guests agree to comply with these Booking Terms & Conditions and Terms of Occupation with regards to conduct and respect for the property of the apartment, its employees and its guests, and their health & safety at all times. Bookings of 90+ days will be required to sign a tenancy agreement.

Check-In

Check-in is from 3:00pm onwards.  The property will do their utmost to accommodate any guests arriving at the apartment earlier than 3:00pm subject to availability. To guarantee early arrival it is recommended to reserve the night before.

Check-Out

Guests are requested to vacate their apartments_client by 11:00am. Any request for a late check-out is strictly subject to availability on the day of departure and may be subject to an extra charge.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
