BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard Check-in / Check-out Policy

CHECK-IN

Check-in will be possible from 3pm on the day of arrival Please always arrange check-in prior to arrival as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early arrivals only on request.

CHECK-OUT

You will be requested to leave the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. Extended check-out only on request.

Standard Cancellation Policy

For bookings of 7 Nights or less – 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 3 nights accommodation. For bookings of 8 Nights+ to 1 Month – 1 Week prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 1 Week accommodation. For bookings of 1 Month+ – 2 Weeks prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 2 Weeks accommodation In case of no-show – cancellation charges equal to 2 Weeks accommodation will be charged
