The minimum stay listed on our website is the absolute minimum that a property will accept under any conditions. During peak seasons and periods of low availability, some properties may require a longer minimum stay and rates may be significantly higher than our published guide rates.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations

All reservations must be confirmed by credit card.

Full payment will be debited 28 days prior to arrival date.

Non-payment on due date will be deemed a cancellation.

Should you need to cancel or change your reservation,  a minimum of 28 days advance notice prior to arrival date is required to avoid a 100% charge for the full length of stay.

Damage Deposit

An additional  security deposit of £300.00 will be held for incidentals.

Extra Beds

Free of charge up to 12 years

There after charged at £30.00 + vat per night

Baby cots / High chairs free on request.

Accepted Credit Cards

All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card.

All major credit cards accepted.
