BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit on Reservation

– for 3-6 night stay. One night will be charged.

– for 7-28 nights stay – 5 nights will be charged up front. Balance on arrival.

– for 29 nights plus  – 3 weeks will be charged up front. Balance on arrival.

Cancellation

– for stays 3-6 nights – 72 hours prior to arrival free cancellation.

– for stays 7-28 nights – 5 working days prior to arrival free cancellation.

– for stays 29 plus – 3 weeks notice must be given to cancel free of charge.
Accepted Credit Cards
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card.

All major credit cards accepted.

2% credit card surcharge will be applied.
