Cancellation policy:

The standard cancellation for short stays is 48 hours prior to arrival.

For stays of 28 nights or more: The cancellation policy is 7 days prior to schedule arrival. In the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation 7 nights room charge will apply.

Check-in protocol:

•Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am. Upon check-in, a photo ID together with a valid matching credit card is required to gain access to the apartment. The booker and credit card holder must be of 21 years or above.

•Full payment for the entire length of the stay is required on arrival.

•Payment is accepted only by credit card.

•Please note given credit card will be pre-authorised for the total amount prior to the arrival day, if amount is not secured, the booking(s) will automatically be cancelled.

•An additional liability deposit per apartment has to be secured. This deposit will be reimbursed on checkout at the proviso that the apartment did not sustain any damages.

•Full registration is to be completed on check in, along with signing a liability form.

•The maximum number of guests at any time per apartment is 4 persons only. And Berkeley Park Apartments do not allow any non-resident guests after 10.00pm.

• Common Laundry Facility at £6 per wash and dry
• Parking facility at £8 per day, subject to availability
