BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation / Amendment / No-Show / Early Departure Policy:
  • 7-28 Nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights penalty fee
Security Deposit:
No security deposit is required. However, in the event of any damage to the unit, we will notify you within 24 hours following the guest’s checkout. In such instances, the Agent/ Company or their guest shall be held liable for any additional costs incurred.
Pet Policy:
Fee of £20 incl. VAT does apply, per night. (max. 1 pet, cat or dog, up to 20 kg), this includes a pet package for your pet! Any damage to the apartment or deep cleaning required may be charged at guest departure, as applicable.
Smoking Policy:
We have a strict non smoking policy in all our apartments , any smoking will incur a £250+ VAT charge.
Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
