BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check in : 4 pm, Check out – 11 am

A credit card pre-authorisation in the amount of GBP 250.00 will
be required from the guest upon check-in. The security deposit
will be disregarded in the event that a written confirmation is
received prior to the guest’s arrival, in
which the company clearly states that all incidentals will be
covered by the company in addition to the rent and VAT.

Full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior
to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays of 28 nights
onwards. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 4 weeks
thereafter. Invoices can be paid by credit card, in cash, by
cheque or via bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation charges apply for reservations
cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date or no-show:
– 1 night for stays of less than 7 nights
– 3 nights for stays between 7 to 27 nights
– 7 nights for stays of 28 nights and over
Group bookings are subject to a different cancellation procedure
and terms and conditions.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
