BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1)     RENT AND PAYMENT

  • The rate per night including all bills and weekly stay over clean with linen exchange (please do not bring or purchase white textiles).
  • WIFI is a complimentary service. Personal usage only.
  • The rent is payable in advance.
  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation on or within the 7 days before arrival.
  • In house cancellation policy is 7 days notice; where the 7 days from notice is non refundable. The remainder of the booking after 7th day is refundable less a 15% cancellation fee on the total refundable amount.
  • Requested apartment re-allocations, once in-house, will be charged £50.00+VAT to cover cleaning and admin charges)
  • No deposit required
  • Non – refundable bookings will be stated by the agent
  • Agent Commission applicable – 10%comm

Payments can be made by:

 

1) Email quote – we will send an email with a secure payment link attached. Debit cards are encouraged. Credit may incur bank charges. Amex cards are not accepted

2) Bank transfer (transfer payments can only be accepted for reservations that are made more than 2 weeks in advance). This must be paid immediately to reach our account in time for arrival)

It is intended purely for personal use and cannot be relied on for professional use. If you do experience issues please notify us and we will our utmost to work with the 3rd party supplier to make sure that this is dealt with as swiftly as possible.

 

Service Cleaning: Service cleans are available for guest stays that are 8 nights or more. Due to the current epidemic and government regulation of social distancing housekeeping will not clean a room if you are inside the room for your safety as well as staff members safety. Service cleans are subject to change due to government regulations and properties may remove service cleans without notice in advance. Linen and towels will be delivered once a week if service cleans are rejected by the guest and replenishment’s of other amenities on request only.
