The minimum stay listed on our website is the absolute minimum that a property will accept under any conditions. During peak seasons and periods of low availability, some properties may require a longer minimum stay and rates may be significantly higher than our published guide rates.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Payment

  • A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment is due prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All rates are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 14 nights’ stay.

  • Same terms apply for early departures.

3. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Occupancy

  • Only guests listed on the booking may occupy the apartment.

  • The maximum number of occupants per apartment must not be exceeded.

  • No parties or events are permitted.

5. Use of Property

  • The apartments are for residential use only.

  • Guests must not engage in any illegal or commercial activity on the premises.

  • Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

6. Security and Damage

  • A security deposit may be required before arrival and will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection after departure.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

  • Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.

7. Housekeeping

  • Weekly housekeeping service is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

  • Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request and may incur an extra charge.

8. Internet and Utilities

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rental rate.

  • Excessive use of utilities may be subject to additional charges.

9. Pets

  • Pets are allowed in designated apartments only and must be confirmed in writing before arrival.

  • Additional cleaning fees may apply.

10. Liability

  • Oasis Way accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to ensure they have appropriate insurance for personal items and travel.

11. Access

  • Management reserves the right to access the apartment with prior notice for maintenance, inspection, or emergencies.

12. Force Majeure

  • Oasis Way is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or pandemics.

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.

Once a booking is instructed and processed, it is considered a binding agreement between the client/guest and the respective service provider.
