BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation
Cancellations for stays less than 14 nights must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge of equal to 3 nights.

Cancellations for stays between 15 and 30 nights must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to the cost of 7 nights accommodation.

Cancellations for stays of 30 nights or more must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation charge equal to the cost of 10 nights accommodation.

Please note:

Any damage done to the apartment done during a guests stay will be charged to the credit card provided upon check in.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12noon.

Deposit
A deposit equalling the cancellation charge will be debited from guests cards prior to arrival.

Payment
Remainder of cost of stay together with additional charges to be paid on arrival.

Security Deposit
As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of the guests credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might incur during their stay. This authorisation will be cancelled on departure.

For 3 and 5 guests an sofa / extra bed is required

Supplement apply for Sofa / Extra bed (£30 per night)

Supplements apply for Balcony (£35 per night)
