Richmond upon Thames is a lovely green area in the South West London suburb and is home to a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Also on your doorstep is Richmond Park which is one of the largest of London’s Royal Parks, an excellent place to enjoy the great outdoors for cycling, walking or jogging. Richmond Station is also close by and is both an Underground and Overground station, meaning travel across London and Surrey from here is easy.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard Check-in / Check-out Policy

CHECK-IN: Check-in will be possible from 3pm on the day of arrival Please always arrange check-in prior to arrival as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early arrivals only on request.

CHECK-OUT: You will be requested to leave the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. Extended check-out only on request.

Standard Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 7 Nights or less – 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 3 nights accommodation. For bookings of 8 Nights+ to 1 Month – 1 Week prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 1 Week accommodation. For bookings of 1 Month+ – 2 Weeks prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 2 Weeks accommodation In case of no-show – cancellation charges equal to 2 Weeks accommodation will be charged
