These studio and one bedroom apartments are modern with everything you could need to feel at home.  Wireless internet is found throughout and a fully equipped kitchen makes preparing your own meals easy.  You will find groceries at the 24 hour pantry.  The studio apartments have a shower room and the one bedroom apartments have a bath and shower.  All apartments have ample living space and storage.

These serviced apartments in Vauxhall are ideal for both business and leisure guests and for those on longer stays. The complimentary ‘make yourself at home’ breakfast is serviced in the Hub kitchen.  In the evening, guests can mingle or network with complimentary drinks and snacks at the Managers Social on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Housekeeping:

A light DAILY clean and tidy up housekeeping service is provided Monday to Friday and a full cleaning service is provided once a week. Housekeeping is also available over the weekend on a request basis (no additional charge).

Non-Smoking:

Please note that the smoking ban across the UK is now enforced and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel including all suites and public areas. A ‘smoking fee’ will be charged to any suite that the management determines has been smoked in. The fee will be determined by the General Manager as appropriate to the case.

Parking:

Parking is provided by Westfield Vauxhall and over 5,000 car parking spaces are available. For up to date parking charges please consult the Westfield Vauxhall website or contact the property directly – currently £6 per day Monday – Friday and £9 per day Saturday and Sunday.

Extension of Stay / Early Departure:

Should you require an extension or reduction of a bookings’ length of stay, please notify our reservations team as soon as possible. Please note that this may result in an adjustment of the above mentioned room rate as this is based on the length of stay and an early departure fee of £50 + VAT.

Cancellation and No Show:

Should you wish to cancel your reservation please contact the hotel directly by 4pm day prior to scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a charge. Should a guest not arrive for a confirmed booking, the booking will be considered as cancelled and a charge equal to one night at the confirmed rate (for bookings of up to 6 nights) will be charged.

Bookings of more than 6 nights which are cancelled will incur an additional nights’ charge for each seven day period or part thereof confirmed, to a maximum cancellation charge equal to seven nights.

Check-In and Check Out: 

Check-in time is at 3:00pm. Staybridge Suites will be happy to store luggage for early arrivals. Please note guests will be asked to provide a credit card pre-authorisation for incidentals – this will typically be £50.00 per night subject to length of stay.

Check-out time is at 12noon. Staybridge Suites is happy to accommodate late check-outs based on the availability of the appropriate suite(s), but sadly this cannot be guaranteed. If a suite is occupied past any agreed time, an additional charge may be applied.

Internet Access:

The Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall offers all guests complimentary wireless internet access up to 256 Kb/S.

Special Requests:

Please let us know of any special requirements prior to arrival such as taxi arrangements, preferences etc. Any services incurring a cost will be added to the guests’ account unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.

General suite conditions: Any damage to our suites or public areas caused by a guest that is considered to be beyond fair wear and tear or malicious may incur a charge for which the guest and/or their company is liable.

Loss and damage: Guests are advised to insure their personal property as Staybridge Suites cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Use of Accommodation: The accommodation is for the sole use of the person(s) specified at the time of booking.

Declaration: Booking Declaration

It is the responsibility of all prospective clients/guests to read the declaration linked above prior to booking any services or accommodations.

Proceeding with a booking confirms that the clauses set out in the declaration and terms and conditions have been observed, read, understood, and accepted.
